YOU’VE STARTED, WE TAKE IT FROM HERE

Partial Wedding Planning in the South of France

You’ve found your venue, booked your photographer, and started shaping your vision. As a wedding planner based in the South of France, Guillaume steps in to review everything with a fresh perspective and bring it all together seamlessly with the same care as if he had been there from the very beginning.

WHAT IT IS

Your vision.
Our execution.

Partial planning is for couples who have made a real start: a venue confirmed, a date set, a photographer booked, perhaps a caterer too. You've done the groundwork. But as the date approaches, the remaining decisions stack up, the logistics multiply, and the feeling that something might slip through starts to grow.

We step in at whatever stage you're at. We review every contract already signed, assess your timeline in full, identify what's missing or what may need renegotiating, then take over from there, vendor by vendor, detail by detail, until your wedding is exactly what you envisioned.

What couples often don't anticipate: partial planning can sometimes involve as much work as starting from scratch. A photographer booked for 8 hours when the day runs 11. A timeline that doesn't hold up. Vendors who haven't been briefed on the overall vision.

We find these gaps before they become problems and we fix them.

THE JOURNEY

We pick up where you left off.

“ Guillaume was absolutely amazing and truly brought our vision to life.

“Everything exceeded our expectations - the wedding and recovery brunch were perfect from start to finish.
We chose partial planning as we wanted someone to manage the day and handle communication with suppliers, and Guillaume delivered that and more. Despite tight timelines, everything ran smoothly.
The coordination, the flow of the day, and the way the team worked together were seamless. The ceremony and table setup was a dream, and the whole day looked and felt magical. Guillaume brought such good energy and made us feel completely taken care of which allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. Our guests haven’t stopped mentioning how incredible the day was.
Guillaume also has a great eye for design and added some thoughtful touches that elevated everything we’d planned. We had the best time and we’re so happy we chose beyond the pines… thank you!”

IN DETAIL

What partial planning
actually means

  • Partial planning is right for you if you've already made significant progress, but want expert guidance to take it the rest of the way. Typically, this means:

    • Your venue and date are confirmed

    • You have 2–4 key vendors already booked (photographer, caterer, florist)

    • You've been planning independently but feel the remaining details are getting complex

    • You want someone to review what's been done, coordinate with existing vendors, and fill what's missing

    • You want professional presence and full management on the wedding day itself

If you haven't yet found your venue or key vendors, our full planning service will be a better fit.

  • Partial planning begins with a full audit of everything you've planned so far. We review every contract, assess your timeline, map what's in place and what's missing, then take over from there.

    • Complete review of all existing vendor contracts

    • Timeline assessment : identifying gaps, conflicts, or elements needing renegotiation

    • Sourcing and booking any remaining vendors needed

    • Taking over all vendor communication and coordination

    • Budget review and rebalancing if needed

    • Creative refinement: ensuring visual elements are consistent and cohesive

    • Detailed run-of-day for all events

    • Venue walkthrough before the wedding

    • Weather contingency planning

    • Full on-site presence from the evening before through to the morning after

  • Full planning starts from the very beginning: before you have a venue, a date, or any vendors. We build everything from scratch, in the right order, with the right budget allocation from day one.

Partial planning starts mid-journey. You've already made decisions: some excellent, some that may need adjusting. We come in, understand what's been done, and take it forward with the same care and precision as if we'd been there from the start.

In practice, partial planning can sometimes require as much work as starting from scratch because inheriting decisions means understanding them fully, and occasionally renegotiating them. We're transparent about this from the first conversation.

  • Absolutely. Working with vendors you've already chosen is exactly what partial planning is designed for. We review their contracts, integrate them into the coordination plan, and manage all communication with them from the moment we come on board.

Where additional vendors are still needed, we recommend professionals from our network whose style and quality match what's already in place, ensuring the whole team feels cohesive. No vendor is ever imposed.

  • Yes, always. On-site presence is included in every service we offer. The months of preparation only make sense if the day itself is flawlessly executed.

We arrive the evening before to verify setup and run the final walkthrough. On the day, we manage every vendor, every timeline, every delivery completely out of your sight. You show up and celebrate

  • Fees are tailored to each project and depend on the actual work involved, which varies significantly depending on how far you are in the planning process. Key factors include:

    • How many vendors are already confirmed, and whether any contracts need reviewing or renegotiating

    • The number of events to coordinate (ceremony only, or a full weekend)

    • The number of guests and overall scale of the celebration

    • The region and any specific logistical requirements

We discuss everything transparently from the first conversation. Get in touch with details of your project and Guillaume will come back to you with a personalised proposal.

  • Based in Biarritz, we plan full weddings across the South of France. Our primary regions are:
