We make sure it all comes to life, exactly as you envisioned, without you having to manage a single logistical detail on the day itself.
This service doesn't start on the morning of your wedding. It begins 2 to 3 months before the date, when we step in, review everything you've planned, and take over completely. From that moment, you can stop thinking about timelines, vendor calls, and logistics and start looking forward to your wedding.
What most couples don't anticipate are the invisible logistics that only become apparent close to the day. Who manages the late-night bar? Who coordinates the glassware for a next-morning brunch in the same space that was a dancefloor the night before? Where is the nearest power source for the outdoor sound system?

Despite the name, on-the-day coordination begins well before the wedding. We come on board 2 to 3 months before the date not the morning of.
This lead time is essential. We need to review every contract you've signed, understand your timeline in full, identify anything that needs adjusting, and take over all vendor communication. From the moment we come on board, you hand the logistics over and start enjoying the final weeks of your engagement.
We never attend a wedding for the first time on the day itself. Every venue is visited in advance: we check the space layout, power sources for outdoor sound systems, shade positioning for the ceremony, restroom locations, and contingency options for weather.
