OUR MOST COMPLETE SERVICE
Full Wedding Planning in the South of France
As wedding planner based in the South of France, Guillaume handles every aspect of your celebration: from the first venue shortlist to the final farewell.
The service most of our couples choose, and the one we love most to deliver.
WHAT IT IS
Everything, taken care of. From day one.
Full planning is the most complete experience we offer, and the one that allows us to do our best work. It begins the moment you decide to get married in France and ends when the last guest leaves the dancefloor.
For international couples planning a destination wedding in France, it means having one bilingual point of contact who handles everything: venue search, vendor negotiation in French, contract translation, budget management, creative direction, logistics, and full coordination on the day and across every event of the weekend.
Our approach is built on balance.
From the very first conversation, we establish a detailed budget allocation based on what matters most to you. If florals are your priority, we invest there. If you've dreamed of a specific venue, we build everything else around it.
The result is a wedding where every element feels intentional, cohesive, and complete.
THE JOURNEY
Five phases.
One seamless wedding.
“ If you’re looking for a dream wedding planner, Guillaume is the perfect choice!
As soon as we met him we knew we were in good hands, it also helps that he has a great sense of humour!
Guillaume is one of the kindest people we’ve met and he truly goes above and beyond for people.
He has an exceptional eye for detail, beautiful taste and style and knew exactly the look and also ‘feel’ that we wanted for our wedding weekend and delivered it perfectly!
He might make it look easy with his cool, calm exterior but he worked tirelessly behind the scenes so that we didn’t have to think, we could just party and enjoy the weekend with our loved ones.
Thank you Guillaume for everything! Do not hesitate to ask him if you need someone to deliver your dream event! ”

Translation of vendor contracts and brochures when needed
Coordination of childcare and private transport (taxis, coaches) if required
Venue walkthrough in the weeks before the wedding
Weather contingency planning
On-site presence from the evening before through to the morning after
-
Planning follows a structured five-phase process : designed so that the right decisions happen in the right order, and nothing is left to chance.
Phase 1 - The foundations:Venue, caterer, photographer. These three decisions shape everything that follows, we start here.
Phase 2 - Creative direction:Visual mood, florals, table design, furniture and lighting rental, hair & makeup. Every creative vendor is briefed consistently.
Phase 3 - Atmosphere & entertainment:DJ, live musicians, ceremony sound. Every transition, ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner, is considered.
Phase 4 - Guest experience:Seating plans, transport, childcare, room allocation, welcome logistics. The details your guests will feel.
Phase 5 - Final coordination: Full run-of-day, vendor briefings, weather contingency. We arrive the evening before and stay until the morning after.
-
Most planners work within a budget without questioning how it's distributed. We do something different: from day one, we build the budget allocation around your actual priorities.
If music is everything to you, we invest there. If you dream of overflowing florals, we protect that budget. If a specific venue is non-negotiable, we build around it. The goal is a wedding where every element feels considered, not one with one spectacular moment surrounded by compromises.
Being fully bilingual in French and English is also a genuine differentiator. Vendor negotiations, contract reading, cultural nuances, handled in the right language, with the right context. For international couples, this removes one of the biggest sources of planning stress.
-
No vendors are ever imposed. Our role is to curate the best options for your style, your vision, and your budget — not to fill slots with a fixed list of partners.
We build recommendations from a deep network of trusted professionals across the South of France: photographers, florists, caterers, musicians, and venue teams we know personally and whose work we believe in. If you've already found someone you love, a photographer you've been following for years or a florist a friend used, we work with them too.
-
Absolutely, and this is the entire point. The planning months are only worth it if the day itself is flawless.
We arrive the evening before the wedding to verify the setup and run the final walkthrough. On the day, we are the single point of contact for every vendor: welcoming each one on arrival, managing deliveries and installations, ensuring the timeline runs precisely, and handling anything unexpected, completely out of your sight.
If the weekend includes a welcome dinner the evening before and a brunch the morning after, we are present for those too. We leave when the last guest does.
-
Fees for full planning are tailored to each project, there is no fixed package price. They are calculated based on several factors:
The region where the wedding takes place
The number of guests and the scale of the event
Whether the wedding is a single day or a multi-event weekend (welcome dinner, ceremony, brunch)
The complexity of the project — a multicultural wedding, a multi-day celebration, or a venue requiring extensive logistics will involve more work
We discuss fees transparently from the very first conversation. There are no hidden costs. To receive a personalised proposal, get in touch and tell us about your project.

Partial Planning
You've made a start: a venue, a date, a few vendors already booked.
We step in, review everything with fresh eyes, fill the gaps, and coordinate through to the day.
On-the-Day Coordination
You've planned it all yourself.
We take over 2–3 months before the wedding, review your work, and manage everything on the day, so you simply show up and celebrate.
